So everyone should just forget about the way they have been treated hey? I have emailed them (nicely every time) facebooked, twittered many many times over the last 2 months asking about my cards that haven't been redeemed in over 2 years, the "all mighty" CSM didn't get back to me once. Just because they finally sent me a card(that I pretty much paid for 2 years ago) doesn't mean I should be happy. I'm not gonna fight with you over my feelings towards a company.
