Beware Beckett THEIVES downgraded to just hopeless!!

So I finally get a response from Beckett and they say, can u please scan your grading form an send it through, I'm like it's in the envelope with my cards how am I supposed to scan it?? Fucking useless!!!! If I ever actuall mange to get them back I will be posting on every card forum that exists about how bad their service is!!!! Making a phone to them Tuesday.
 
So I call Beckett up today and talk to the lady I've been dealing with, she says we received your cards but we don't know where they are. I start to lose my temper a little evade its been 3 months and fair enough from my view. So she then gives me the email address of the operations manager and phone number but says I can't call him I have to email.
So then I bang this dude an email and he writes back and says please
Provide your tracking number and copy of the order form,
I reply and tell him that I have already provided all this 3 times now. They even acknowledge the person who signed for the cards works in their receiving department. What the hell am I supposed to do, if I totally lose my cool it's bye bye cards.

Yeah I gave then the number, again... I give up. It really is depressing basically them telling you they are going to steal your stuff..

Look on the bright side, what makes them wanna "steal" your stuff? Because your stuff are really sick!

I reckon they must have figured that your stuff are BGS 9.5-10 quality and the greedy devil must have haunted them: Should we pretend the parcel is lost so that we can make a huge profit?

On a serious note, Beckett sounds real low here. I wouldn't send my cards for grading after so many horror stories. Sorry man, hope it gets all sorted out. :(
 
They are now trying to tell me that all packages received in February have been shipped but they are still looking. Bye bye cards, bye bye hobby..
 
If the cards were serial numbered I suggest you make them known so we can keep an eye out for them, don't let this sour the hobby experience. It's a shame a company such as Beckett can ruin it for someone.
 
I only have the front scan which I guess has the numbering on it. Unfortunately it does ruin it, my favourite card which I only paid $200 for and now fetches up near $800-1000. The whole experience is just shattering. I'm giving them one more month which is more than enough and I will let it be known everywhere. If the states has some kind of ombudsmen I'll contact them too. Cards signed by their guy but now gone, pure theft!!!!
 
The shit part is they even acknowledge the person who signed for it works for them. I can't go too bananas just yet in case they do actually still have them.
 
I'd be reading any fine print on the form you filled out when you sent the cards in then seeking legal advice if they lost them. Too many horror stories associated with Beckett grading. Scaring me off sending something in!
 
So after 3 monts of receiving my cards and telling me to be patient and all their crap this is what they send me.


I hate to be the one to tell you but we can not locate this package. We show the order was received but then don’t show it making it to our vault. We are in the process right now of filing a claim with our insurance company. In my 12 years here, I have never seen something like this happen so I am really sure how to react. Give me a few more days to talk to the Logistics Manager and our insurance company to figure out what could have happened. I am really sorry and will be in touch soon.


How the hell do cards just walk out the door. If this is all because of my Beckett magazine subscription and them taking 5 months to send a magazine and then me telling them how crap their service was. Very unprofessional.. BEWARE anyone sending cards to them!!!!!!! Stay tuned as all my cards will be listed for sale tonight.
