nah i just opened up a dispute on the 15th to get my selling fees back. i dont have time to take monkeys to court. although im sure my company lawyers would love it as its would be something a bit different to what there use to lol

its statements like this that got you in trouble in the first place...could you imagine how upset this buyer would be now that you've you have called him a monkey?
im only kidding by the way lol i really hate time wasters! i think that when you sign up to ebay you should be made to do a identity verification just like you have to for sportsbet etc....this would make more people play by the rules i think

my comments never got me into trouble. was clear by his actions and communication that he never had any intentions of paying as doubt centrelink would give him a loan for that much.

just gotta look at how many cars an stuff go on ebay and than a couple days later relisted all with the same comments.... relisted due to time waster.... need to do something

In comparing all his card prices, the LDC of Steve Roach should be about $400 - $500 so i am guessing that the seller must think the roach ldc is actually just a footy face card from the 06 accolades as it is only $90
