Captains Signature Set - released in approx 2 weeks

Hi Guys,

Anyone heard about the Captains series yet? It has the 43 Australian Test Captains with the 18 living Captains all personally signed and the 25 that have passed away lithographically signed. Havent seen any pics yet, hopefully there may be some pics soon.

Yes thats the one. Looks pretty good from what I can see on there and what I have been told about it.

By the way Curtis love your Loxton pic, I was lucky enough to play at Surfers Paradise Cricket club several years ago when he was coaching there.

thanks mate, its the first bit of invincibles memorabilia i got after visiting the bradman museum in may, the invincibles just blew my mind. that would have been an awesome experience playing under him, he definitely had a lot to give
 
dont know why but i cant see anything on that link. but im guessing its mega dollars right? all these massively high priced album/folder sets that are getting done lately are out of the average collectors budget. all its doing is making me jealous. select seem to be doing a hell of a lot of the quick money grab stuff lately. is this item a select product???

ITs not a Select product. If you go in via the home page and click on Cricket you will find it pretty quickly. Second row down.

It does look pretty impressive, wish they had some more detailed pics available. With 18 original autos it works out about $83 per auto.

Still, for the price i'd be going the Futera Heritage set every day of the week. But it does look nice.

Shame it wasn't done when Bradman was still alive.

I was thinking the same thing. Throw in a signed Bradman and suddenly the set is worth the price tag.

By the way, I spoke to these guys today. They said they "may" be producing some BBL and Team cards this season as well. I'm guessing they're going to see first how this high-end product of theirs goes, before producing any more items.
 
got a flyer today from cardzone, am trying to upload scan, image quality is a bit dodgy but i think its just readable, this is my first go at photobucket so here goes
