But that means that one of the numbers won't have an opposite. 2 doesn't go into 25 evenly so by that rationale there will be a left over 1 or a 5. Right..?

Correct. Odd that Anthony, #15, has 25 cards anyhow But yeah, there'll be 1 more of a number, assuming all numbers are equally matched...could be they made more of a particular number more-so than the extra 1 that would naturally be there.
