WTF!!! fleer retro has been delayed again......

At the end of the day. I'd say they will do what every company that goes bust does. Start up again under a different name. I really can't see them going under though.

Can't wait to see some of you guys bust this stuff.
i wouldn't buy until it was live. too much risk with these guys at the moment. i can't wait until then though!

what if between now and the release date that ud went into liquidation, would that mean all pre-sales dollars for retro be returned to the buyers or would they all be creditors getting 20 cents in the dollar?
I would have thought that nearly everyone would have been placing their pre-orders through Sports Card Stores (dacardworld for example), so you would be chasing your money back from the Sports Card Store, not Upper Deck directly, so I cannot see it making a difference, except that there would then be a guarantee that the Jordan Jambalaya Auto 1/1 never sees the light of day, unless some disgruntled, recently sacked ex-employee pinches it on his way out, which would be so cool, not that I am encouraging that sort of behaviour ;).

you know what else is stupid about the delay? being an old product by the time it comes out. people will be into their anthony davis cards by then!

and please do not use sticker autos on autographics cards please? especially when you have another 2 months to release this forsaken product.

anyone who's been keeping up with this since 2011 knew it was NCAA basketball product, NOT an NBA one, so complaining now about that is unwarranted, we know that panini has an exclusive NBA license.

wow...disappointed...only 40 cards in the pmg set...thats not good!!!! and no kobe...wtf....

No Kobe would be because he's a Panini boy now, just like there is no Durant in the PMG set either

Also when you compare this release and all of their re-hashed old 90's inserts and compare it to the Exquisite Football just released which includes UD Black of which some of the card designs are just incredible it is obvious that Upper Deck do not care about basketball collectors.

If you haven't seen some breaks of the new exquisite football I suggest that you do. The shadow box cards and the interchangeable auto cards are unreal.

i realize that Garth and didnt expect much kobe/durant/griffin stuff in the product, but thought there would of been a base card and maybe parallels like pmgs..
i just think that a forty card set of pmgs is pretty crap! be interesting to see where the price structure fits into the scheme of things...ala the 97/98 and 08/09....

Find the checklist a little underwhelming.. only have a couple of Dominiques and Jambas for my PC. Not that some PMG or Kawhi Leonard pulls would be disappointing. No Rubio or Faried to be seen, but Jimmer Freddette is the only rookie to feature in a number of the insert sets...

Still, looking forward to the busting coz the design-mix looks fun enuff, even if the outcomes are some obscure 'person' autos and a nice insert or two
