Nah its not fucked. If you wanted a cheap Wilt rc it would be a good one to have as the crease is on the back and he says it doesn't show on the front.

Its just that you could now do better than the price it is at now. I dont' know why the seller hasn't revised the auction. He knows how as he has alredy revised it previously.

As far as bidding Scotty why bid that early and continualy bid smaller amounts up to your max? All it does it let others outbid you and then you up them. They get an email and they up yours and so on and so on. Just go watch a house auction with a smart bidder, they wait and dont' get into a bidding war and bite their time.

I already know that Becky52 collects vintage but pretty much pays a fair bit for banged up commons. Rarely if ever buys stars or semi stars etc.

I understand what you mean about bidding early, guess you just threw me when you said it was smart...

It's pretty daft if you're trying to WIN the card for a cheap price, but if you're just pushing.... then.... :D

I agree with Chad. The seller should revise the auction. How bout we all email the winner and tell him about the crease and tell him to complain? GO SCOTTY!! WIN THE AUCTION! I KNOW YOU WANT IT!!! (Then you can file a complaint on paypal and get your money back and keep the card.. then give it to chad. :) )

Nah if you spend that much on one card and DON'T look at pictures and ask questions you are a dumbass and deserve to be ripped off. Notice in becketts conditon guide it would be VG-EX and therefore anywhere from 10%-40% of book value. So if the buyer says they have a $900US card they are kidding themselves and only inflating their own thoughts on the card. As we all know eBay value is no where near bv most of the time like I said in my article on it.

LOOK!!!...........UP THE WING.......IT's..........IT's...................IT's GOTTA BE....IT's HIM!!!.......

It's CHAD...... TOUCHDOWN!!!

With another piece of expertise and wisdom from Chad, the [insert Boston NFL team here] have won the game!!!

LOL...

Nah that's great Chad, I never would have looked at shit like that, taking the % off, cos of wear, n shit. I mean if a card's not mint, it's not worth mint.

Good work bud!

Its pretty simple logic. The earlier sets are condition sensitive therefore beckett high price is set at NRMT not NRMT-MT.

Even just VG Bowman are valued at half bv. Its assumed that most of todays cards are just off mint. Vintage has a whole new set of rules that are mostly dictated by pop reports from psa etc.

Like my 1969 topps checklist card. BV is $300US! But mine is not that great  Like the one I showed you the other day an upgrade will cost me
