Looks like a high-end buyer with more then 10.000 USD spent on cards just over the past 30 days. Many different players, i.e. Jordan, Westbrook, Durant, Kobe, Lebron, etc.
So, may still be a legit buyer, especially as he is usually doing BIN- or best-offer-purchases, which
are not accounted for when calculating bid activity. Including BIN- and best-offer-purchases his
bid acitivity with PWCC would drop significantly.
