Hey I played in a grand final at Perry Lakes too last night! WE lost by 4 though, didn't have a center and only 5 players, they had 3 centers and 7 players, but we did suprisingly well to stay in it due to our 3point shooting.

I'm on the Central Coast Trey. My local is Bateau Bay Rec. I think it may be called something else now though? but it's at Bateau Bay. There's also Terrigal and Gosford stadiums. LMK if you find out any info for BB Rec. Thanks

there is a stadium, not sure what its called just outside of the Entrance, its the home stadium of the central coast rep team, but I think thats Bateau Bay? its only like a 2 court stadium?

Damn I remember the old Illawarra stadium and getting spat on etc. Always hostile playing there. :-(

I play in a couple of leagues at Morley Rec Centre in perth.
D grade on Mondays
B grade on wednesdays

both teams made their first grand finals a couple of weeks ago
unfortunately we lost both, but considering how poorly both teams started out, it was an accomplishment in itself.

ive just started my 5th season since returning to the game after an 8-9 year break. i regularly play pretty much every position on the floor depending on what my teammates are best suited to.

I enjoy playing ball. Its been my sports since I was a kid... I started playing ball when I was 10 back in the Philippines... So it was 29 years ago I havent played competetively for almost 3 years now since I left New Zealand in 2003... And I gained too much weight that I could hardly run But I am planing to start playing again with my brothers and hopefully I can start losing some weight... I need to if I want a longer life....

yeah I played at the snake pit...we didnt draw much of a crowd, but apparently they showed highlights on the news there LOL

Yeah that crowd was nasty Trey. You'd get abused by the crowd, young, old or female :-0 That trip to the change rooms was never pleasent but beating them was sure fun :-D Was like playing ball in the dark ages though. That stadium sure was old and small but probably one of the loudest.

But Newcastle wasn't that bad. ????

Is the old Auchenflower staduim still there up in Brisbane???

Used to play, but never good. In uni, I used to play everyday for about 3 hours at least. But then I bummed my knee up, again and again and again. Now I just don't find time to go down and play.............and also a bit lazier and fatter now
