Who do you think will have a BREAKOUT 2011-2012 NBA season?

Thought we'd get some guesses and discussions going - really excited about this season. GO NBA

If we get enough top 5s I will try to poll them up (5 points for 1st pick and descending to 1 for 5th pick)

My Picks
1. Tyreke Evans - plagued by injuries last season I think this is the year for him
2. Javale McGee - should be more confident (if that's even possible) and hopefully more humble
3. John Wall - plagued by injuries last season also. reminded me of drose's season prior to his MVP year (ankles)
4. James Harden - if he starts he'll pile on the numbers, at the same time getting more hobby love. right now he has some hobby love, but we all know it's the beard that getting it done for him
5. Roy Hibbert - I hope Roy learnt from his false start and getting a bit cocky last season

Roughies: DeMarcus Cousins, Demar DeRozan, DeJuan Blair and Brook Lopez (regardless of where he ends up)

Also think Ibaka is gonna do himself some good this year!! And Eric Bledsoe! Saw a couple of his games recently and he is just a couple of skills short of being AWESOME!

and jonas jerebko i think he will be a surprise if he doesnt get injured again he won rookie of the month when he played and averaged 24 pts and 12 rebounds or something in 4 games just before he was injured

Agree with McGee being due. Some guys who might be able to carry on their good form from late last year are Nick Young, Jeff Teague and Wes Matthew depending on how Brandon Roy plays.

Lawson, Barea and Mills should be in line for more minutes and responsibility and STATS. Confused situation with the Rockets starting PG spot - Flynn, Dragic and Lowry - all three talented guys who deserve the minutes so whoever emerges from that three way battle will have a great season. No Yao means shots for everybody and in that respect Thabeet might actually get a chance to play!
