Agreed.
Saw a couple at the Penrith show on Sunday. Definitely aren't as good as the ratios define. Being a such a limited card like the signatures, these should have been serial numbered as well IMO.

Its always good, but hitting some nice cards that you were actually chasing, makes it sooooo much better.

From my box from Diggaz's the following:

Silvers: 15
Gold: 6
MM: MM-12 x 2
BotB: Hastings, Henrique, Behrendorff x 2
SS: Smith (pulled from the 5th pack opened from the front)

Insert ratio seems ok, and happy to have pull the Smith SS card, but disappointing with the double-ups. What was simply amazing is the base cards - around 50 base cards short of a full set, and over 100 double-ups.

There are around 4 base cards missing from each team set.

The photo gives you some idea - the pile on the left is the base set pulled, and the pile on the right are the double ups.


Having lived through TnP's first a-league release, it just brings back those memories! Still, at least there is a checklist available at the time of release so I know what we are missing

Got 2 boxes from Naz are on the way, so hopefully will be able to get at least 1 complete set of base cards when we open those boxes.

Really didn't think we'd have to be spending time chasing base cards of this release, as well as the inserts.

The silver and gold cards are very nice cards - look very good and have a nice feel to them. Just a shame the collation is so woeful.

I was down for a couple of boxes but my local supplier didn't end up stocking this release. Hopefully the newsagent has them today and I will grab some loose packs

I was pretty keen to tell of my box breaks before I busted them but was so disappointed with the quality of the inserts that I’m just going to sell the inserts and keep the album and base set and not buy anymore. I could have brought 3 boxes of AFL Future Force or a good couple of older Futera inserts with the money. Hope they keep going with Cricket cards but the inserts seriously need work. Great signature cards and Lee patch and silvers and golds are good, but the rest are not up to scratch in my opinion.
