exactly. the base are the ones that are rising because of a couple of buyers hunting at the moment and most sellers knowing this and shilling

the certified potential etc have no interest. and would only rise a little because of the misinformed thinking they can flip. having said that there is a chance the dudes with deep pockets could wake up one day and think these are the most beautiful cards they have ever seen!

Its a shame beccause I like the look of the Certified Potential design much better.

I think that the PC is for a reason, so the #/5s etc should only grow in value if they genuinely are rare and sought after. The next question for you Jared, is Harden takes off, as he has, when do you sell? ever? all-star? hof?

i have it valued at about $15-16K ATM. come playoffs? maybe $20K?
if someone offered me enough $$ atm, i wouldnt have to think about it. i'd sell it no dramas. i'd miss it. but i wouldnt miss it as much as having an extra $20k in the bank.

that'd be a nice addition to a big house deposit im working on. so i wouldnt have any issues selling it if someone offered enough.

everyone must remember, they are only cards.
cards are nice, awesome in fact, but in my case, the $$ for a house would far outweigh the 'PC'.

By the way guys, I wont the Certfied potential green auto, went over $100 though. I know it is overpaying, but.....

cool man, i let a harden green /5 go today :(

its up to $150 already !!!
i can get another when the market for them dies a little for prob $100.
set collectors are killing these!

i used the money on a certifed potential auto black 1/1 for $220

I got the Black a while back for just $120 which I was happy with. Saw a Matthews Green GU certified potential patch for $155 today, I got one for $33. They have just taken off.

Everything has its price! If there's what I perceive to be unwarranted hype I'll sell.....or at least stop buying! Then again I've made many mistakes - Griffin and Durant among them - hah hah It's only cardboard mate, but cash is king!

its always a tough call when it comes to PC cards. I've been thinking about offloading my Kobe exquisite with the crazy prices atm but still havent taken that jump.
