What would you do ???

No, it was seen by me as also argumentative. However jaames said that is not what he intended, and I believe him. Funny thing email and blog posting is, that it can be taken the wrong way UNLESS you read it 10 times.

Never the less, the whole meeting in the parking lot seems a bit fishy to me no matter how you look at it. Deal, no deal, whatever, its just not how you do ANY deal, let alone in a small hobby in a small town where we all have different views. It just creates more drama then Shakespeare.

No one thinks it's ok, I haven't read one person say that in here..... But they all think, and so do I, that the blame doesn't lie entirely with the seller, yes it was dishonest, but really, if your not up to date on what your spending your hard earned on then you have to take some responsibility, learn from it and move on......

This is what I don't understand, Terry you post in here ASKING for everyone's opinions, but he ones that don't fall in line with yours get canned and written off as argumentative....?

While the buyer can and should rightfully feel ripped of, he should also learn from it instead of becoming bitter and move on and enjoy the hobby for what it is. As unfortunate as it is, it happens in a lot of things through out life in general.....

The violence side of things is just silly, and usually comes from people that have dramas dealing with things in any other way!! Take that as you will, its not a personal dig just my opinion... So much talking gets done on the net... NSW card show as an example!!!

i think its ok, and im not just saying that because you expect me to....we're all happy on here to buy a jordan pmg green for 100 bucks cos the seller doesnt know what he's selling but we get our knickers in a knot when a seller sells cards to a buyer who doesnt know what he's after. If we all saw a jordan pmg for 100 bucks we'd buy it and be cheering at our steal, we wouldnt message the seller sayings its a 12k card so whats it matter that T paid way too much. We all have to learn the hard way in this hobby, we've all been through a situation like this yes its disappointing but now T will be more aware of any deals.

Fool Me Once Shame On You, Fool Me Twice Shame On Me, only way to learn and if you dont learn come and see me ill sell you a spud webb auto numbered to 10,000 for 80 bucks...its a steal i tells ya!

oh and btw, BV should be used as a guide only, if you're buying beasley at BV then you're a goose anyway!!!

I know I have said my piece, but I think people are missing the point.

The point is that the price was set based on being well under BV, but when the real BV was discovered, the seller blatantly tried to deceive the T man.

It's not the pricing that is the problem, its thee this used

Btw Slobby, could you hold that Spud auto for me until Friday?
