What the .... Futera?

Guys,

I need some help. I've never been up to speed with the various card sets as I focused mainly on autographs until just recently. I know of the following Futera sets so far (please let me know if I haven't labelled these correctly):

Futera 1993-94 Base (110) + Specials
Futera 1995 Base (110)
Futera 1996 Base (100)
Futera 1996 Elite Base (60) + Specials

What I don't know is which sets the following cards belong to. Could someone please provide me as much details about these sets as possible? Also, let me know what other Futera sets I may have missed (not counting the Heritage one, as it's too rich for my blood):

Also, if someone has some spare time, it would be interesting to catalogue other card sets which are not part of my collection. Happy to receive scans etc, if anyone has the time and inclination to work on this?

Thanks Liam, that's awesome. I've fixed up the couple I had wrong. Just semantics, but should this be labelled:

Futera 1996 World Cup (100) or
Futera 1996 World Cup Base (100) ??

I guess for completion sake, I should probably try and get hold of a Decider set next
