Oh god, I just had thoughts of the 'scratch and sniff' cards when you mentioned that. I don't know why, but I could see it being released. What it smells like, I honestly don't want to know.
But yeah, Team Zone trading/swap days would be a great idea. It would be great if we could see someone from Team Zone. It's bad enough they're like a secret organisation as it is.

I know what you mean, lol. It's just what came to my mind first, it's just that gimmick that everyone tries at some point. (1942 Brownlow? Let me guess... it smells of blood, doesn't it? Should've carried on with the award, he was robbed.)
Fair enough about the first years. I guess it goes with the tradition that you have to prove yourself worthy of a Teamcoach card. Glad to see you like my effect cards. Hey now, think of the kiddies! They should be eating healthier! Subway deal anyone? (2005 Captains and 2012 Captains strike again!)

I have a whole checklist of players I just thought of for the effect cards, which are probably like footy pointers.

I think so as well. I mean, do you think you have enough variations on the B&Fs already? Replace the 3D with the medals, it's about the the 3D effect was used elsewhere. (Also weird how the 3D album is not hosting the 3D cards this year, since the B&Fs had their own album and all.) I like the green foil of the 2005 captains, goes nicely with the red of the 2004s. I take it that you don't like the Weet-bix versions of the 2012s? Because the normal TC ones that you get in packs look a lot better. I still have no idea why they needed the Captains to be re-released. They couldn't either delay the Captains or make a new subset?
Oh man, this has gotten your creative juices going, hasn't it? I think @Scotty_WCE also made mention of doing his own. I would encourage it for sure. I mean, everyone here seems to be disappointed with the current offerings from Select. Plenty of great ideas, but no execution.
I look forward to seeing some customs, and I hope Team Zone impress with their 2015 lineup!

Yeah, for sure a couple of times I've flirted with custom cards. But it's time-consuming! I've had a couple of designs at various times, but haven't yet been able to settle on a design I'm happy with. And unfortunately study is taking up more and more of my time, but I've got 3 weeks holidays early October, so I'm going to set myself the challenge of making some up that I'm happy with and get them printed!
