What are you working on in terms of your collection at the moment?

Main goal is to reduce my collection and consolidate it to more higher end mj and lbj.
On the set building front, am working on:

• 2019 HPS Zion rainbow
• 1997 and 1998 PMGs
• 1997 and 1998 Star rubies

How are you going with the PMG's and Star Rubies?

Very very Slow. Been at it for a couple of decades. About 30% complete for the 1997 star rubies and 1998 pmg. No big names though.
Its a lifelong quest that I accept I may never complete.

As a set collector, i actually like that i will never complete some of them, like the 1997-98 UD game jerseys set.

In my early collecting years it bothered me but I have accepted it is unrealistic to have every card and it has made set chasing more enjoyable the harder it is to complete.

Over the past year I've picked up more higher quality cards which as left a lot of low end base and inserts still to get. I need to do a count of what I've got and what I need.

Those shitty pen on card type ones. Something really cool about hitting autos because it was never a thing i thought about collecting as a kid
