I'm in my inbox and it seems to have combined both sent and received items, which is not good for someone like me...
Can we change that please?

Can't be changed. They are now classed as conversations so you will see both sent and received in each message. Helps keep a track of what's happened and hopefully easier to read without long quotes and requotes. Bit like email I suppose.

hopefully a few visual tweeks and message tweeks can fix all this. Not sure it will as the site has switched forum software from vbulletin to XenForo (which I have never herd of before).

Xenforo was made by the same guys who made vbulletin 3. They left vbulletin before the terrible vbulletin 4 was made and made a completely new forum software called Xenforo.

Oh I get it... because the people I have messaged have basically started a new message every reply my inbox is extremely cluttered. I just thought it was like that regardless. If it was all in one message it wouldn't be displayed that way?

ah cool, the functionality is pretty good. are you able to change avatar sizes? Mine(and I am sure others) are chopped off. Or should we be resizing?
