I will check USPS and see. That is an example,above, of separate companies that do the same,for a fee, which I am sure would negate any need based on fees
I point it out,as I look, so you will in fact see it exists
They give you verified address, where as the Post office only gives a PO box address, which would be MOOT to 90% of the dealers if your paypal story is on point.
Now, I am not encouraging fraud or misrepresenting oneself, but
" Hi, I am over Seas for a undetermined period and am using a PO Box in "insert city and state name here"until I get back to the US. My paypal is tied to my current address here in "Insert city and country name here" for ease of money transfere and to lessen any complications that would arise with local banking services when I transfer funds to withdrawn from Paypal.
Where as I do intend to pay for the auction at auctions end, I wanted to make sure my particular situation would not give concern since My address is in the US and my paypal account showed "City and country name here"
If this is a problem,let me know and I will continue looking for my card in other auctions

That site allows you to set a forward,assign a credit card for fees and allows 6 months of forwarding. After 6 months, sign up for another 6 months,
At the end of the 2nd 6 months, a year later. Cancel your service and resubscribe and do it again.
Now, the fee is 10.00 a month for a small PO box.
The fee for forwarding is based on from that mail box, to your postal office in Australia or where ever,and the weight of the package.
Nothing else. No different than a 3rd party doing it for you now, just safer ( No slight on those whom have helped, just trying to show people how it can be done and empower then)
