uploading photo's that are too large

I am trying to upload some photo's of cards that i am looking at selling and when I attach the files it keeps coming back that the file is to large. Is there anyway I can reduce the size of the file or attach them

Often, with some editing packages (even MS Paint), you can reduce actual size or change format (e.g. *.jpg to *.bmp) to reduce the file size.

I right click on my photos, then select "open with" then "microsoft office picture manager"
Then at the top of the page i click "edit picture" Then on the right click on "resize"
Then click on "Percentage of original Width X Height" and change to about 50% then save as to a location......
like a for sale or trade folder.

There is a real easy way. Search for Microsoft Power Tools Image Resizer in google. Theres a few different ones available for Windows XP, Vista and Windows 7.
Once installed you can then right click on the image file and select "Resize Pictures" and it then gives you a few options.
