UFO's in Jerusalem

Ok, firstly.... I'm not a young fella lol...... I'm 31.

Secondly...... I got Universe confused with Galaxies haha...... :p

I see someone is a V watcher haha! :D

haha, thats a good enough excuse then. Been too long since you were at school. I know the feeling.

I hate sci-fi. Cant even stand Star Trek or Star Wars. I just like the real deal.

Yeah I hear ya.... though I must say Caprica wasn't as good when it returned anyway. :(

Don't watch "The Event"? That's Sci-Fi.

Caprica end alright in the end (the last 4 episodes) but I feel they were rushed to try and finish the series somehow. Poorly executed.

I have not seen The Event. I may check it out. If it is something syfy or NBC are making then i won't touch it as they will probably cancel it soon enough and replace it will more emo vampire love story shows.

Oh wait syfy already did that with being human, which is averaging 600,000 viewers less then SGU.

th real deal is boring atm. SCI-FI is what gives hope of something cool to do out there.

I always find it funny that people assume Aliens are always smarter then humans. Also I wonder why this stuff never happens during the day. I'm gonna say this is fake(just my opinion). I wouldn't be surprised if this is some viral advertising for a movie or something.

Well those who believe they come here (i don't i need proof, but I think they out there somewhere) will say they are more intelligent because they managed to come here. So their space travel technology is better than ours meaning smarter and more advanced.

Milky way is one of the oldest galaxies so if life evolved in a similar manner as here then it would suggest we are the most evolved out there. there were some older galaxies which have exploded which may have had intelligent life. The question here remains did they advance enough to migrate to a new one.

Then the evolution problem becomes more complicated, i.e. factor in wars, the plague, the meteor that hit earth, the crusades, dark ages will all have an impact on advancements of technology.

For example calculus as a maths was first proposed in 500BC. but was lost because some religious monks ran out of paper so they washed away science books to reuse the paper for religious scripture. In the 1950s they discovered what it was with technology scans, later on i think 90s the scanners got better and they were able to determine what looked like an earlier version of calculus.

Modern calculus began life in the 1600s approx. Now imaging if all those scientific books were not lost and we were not reinventing everything again, 2000 years of advancement lost. In there we also had the dark ages 200 years approx. All this time adds up. Just look at the computer how quickly we have advanced that. Imagine if the first computer had an extra 200years to its 70year life (biggest growth has happened in the last 10years).

So factoring in this plus MANY other things, will determine how advanced a civilization is.
