Sorry to bump this back up, but I wanted to share some good news...

Looks like we're settling next Friday!!!!!!

We still have a few things to get (Fridge, Freezer, Lounge) but we'll get those in a week or so.

Man we're excited!

Should see the f-ckin paper work!! FAAAAAAAAAAAARK.... there's like 200 Signatures required!

Anways, we'll have some more pics after we're officially IN.
Including the Devin Shrine... he he he

Just wanted to bump this, and say that we've FINALLY gotten a Settlement Date.....

Next Tuesday 14th!!!!​

WOW...

We're so excited!

Just have to get our Lounge now, and a couple more smaller things, and a couple of sets of curtains (we only have ones for the front of the house).

Will have some more updated pics once we move in, like a before & after sorta thing.

We're moving in on the Weekend of the 18th (not this, but next one).

Great news Scotty! I bet you cant wait to get into your new home......

I hope your signature stayed consistantly legible with all those signatures on the contract......sort of what an NBA player has to go through signing your name a few hundred times.

WHOOOO HOOOOOOO!

Stock up on those tinnies and that other stuff I make ya drink. Have the spare room done up in Celtic green and I'll lob on your doorstep the weekend after you move in. No need to tell the girl, it will be one pleasent suprise to see me and the emotion will be overwhelming for her I say anyway!

Congrats again mate thats great news. With coastal erosion you will get closer to the beach every year you are there mate!

Small update.

Pre-settlement Inspection tonight, ready for Settlement tomorrow at noon.

We've just bought our new Lounge which will be delivered next Sat/Sun (when we move in).

Things are moving along REALLY nicely right now, it's going to be SO much better, not having to drive 150kms each day, just to get to work and back.

Already looked into it mate. They tell us all the shitty green is sold out, they did that back in the day when it meant something.... :shock:

Good luck, mate.

Buying a house with a woman... wait to see how many "little things" need fixing. It takes your whole bloody weekend doing little things!

We're veterans now - 3 properties under our belt now. Our home, an investment property and a house down at Ocean Grove which I love, but means another lawn to mow every time I get down there.

Just remember that Rome wasn't built in a day.

Well we have keys!!!

We only have 1 set of keys, but we have keys!

We're now the proud owners of a MORTGAGE!!! LOL.

Sorry I havent scanned up the keys for a mailday, but I have something that's worth scanning.....

Can't wait to upload more pics as we fill this house up!!!!
