So a time has come in our life, where the cards have to take a back-seat ride in the car we call "our life".

My girl Danni and I have just signed a Contract to purchase our first home, and hopefully will be a part of the "real world" like most people these days.

I'll still be around, and I'll still be collecting. I just won't be buying cards for a while.

We have had a Clause written in, so pending the Clause we should be in it around end of October/November ISH.

There's a little more detail too this, but there's no need to go into it.

I'll have a few pics posted up as soon as we get back down that way again. (have pics of the inside, but not outside).

So fingers crossed that we get the OK!!!!

Buying your first home is a massive acheivement and the fact that cards have to take a back seat shouldnt matter!!

Congrats on the new home purchase... did the same recently.... & yes the mortgage repayment should come first...

Life will never be the same collecting wise... well.. at least until the next payrise.. hehe...well that is what im doing from Oct 1... back to buying cards !!!

Nah Just, keep the Magnetics coming. They're paid for, so don't have to budget for that. lol.

We're excited, just a week or so, and we'll know for sure if we've got it.

Now you can create a shrine room for Devin Danni would love that I'm sure My brother just recently got himself into his first home and he's settling in well. I'm working on getting back to the real world soon too

Well we just got a phone call from the Home Loands peoples, and the property has received an A-OK for the Valuation.

So now pending the inspection approvals, we're pretty much IN...

Talk about exciting!!!

thats awesome mate, Im looking at doing the same thing, and have been on a very very tight budget as late...hence why my maildays have pretty much ended.

Ive always wanted to own a home/house, just to say I own a small little square of australia!
