The Real World....

So a time has come in our life, where the cards have to take a back-seat ride in the car we call "our life".

My girl Danni and I have just signed a Contract to purchase our first home, and hopefully will be a part of the "real world" like most people these days.

I'll still be around, and I'll still be collecting. I just won't be buying cards for a while.

We have had a Clause written in, so pending the Clause we should be in it around end of October/November ISH.

There's a little more detail too this, but there's no need to go into it.

I'll have a few pics posted up as soon as we get back down that way again. (have pics of the inside, but not outside).

So fingers crossed that we get the OK!!!!

Congrats on the new home purchase... did the same recently.... & yes the mortgage repayment should come first...

Well we just got a phone call from the Home Loands peoples, and the property has received an A-OK for the Valuation.

So now pending the inspection approvals, we're pretty much IN...

Talk about exciting!!!
