great coverage by channel 7.....we saw about 7 minutes overall....with a number of out of the blue ad breaks....just fantastic coverage. funny they manage to show every single heat races in the swimming....+ interviews

tell you what.......D-Wade looks like the D-Wade of 2006....he has a nice hop in his step right now. reminds me of K-Mart after the 2 broken legs then exploding in brisbane for the usa at the goodwill games (in 2001)...

Ya, Wade looked good. And channel 7 thanks for the great coveage of the Boomers 10mins that was great. And whats the go with Nelson is he trying to look like Gasol with that hair and bumb fluff.
 
Yi's game was rubbish, only had a few good minutes at the end. Also they didnt feed Yao enough.

USA will struggle against Spain i think.
 
crap game, with Argentina next this game was really a must win. :(

In other news, Greece doesn't look that sharp as Spain beats them by 30, Argentina loses by 4 to Lithuania on a Linas Kleiza 3, and USA decimates China by 31 points.
 
great game tonight...Spain vs China....what a nice comeback from spain to win that one in OT!.....im just waiting to watch the boomers now...i hope they show the entire game
 
Well, so far Aus is getting drilled. Bogut playing like junk, being benched. Aus taking way too many 3's. Arg passing is insanely good. What the hell are Saville and Nielson doing there?!?
 
yeah patrick mills played very well. the rest of the team looked very lazy....newly played hard with mills....but terrible game for the boomers. Bogut looks too slow and when watching the game last night (channel 7 showed approx 3 quaters of the game) i did not see him score once.....
outside of mills.....probably the worst performance but an aussie basketball team, it was that bad....they lack fire

Heads were down from the start and they never picked them back up again. Disappointing. :rolleyes:
