The Official Minnesota Timberwolves Thread - game spoilers!

What was wrong with Love?

Minnesota played the Lakers without All-Star forward Kevin Love, who was inactivated just before game time with flu-like symptoms. Love suffered a rib contusion the night before against the Clippers, but it was the illness that kept him out of Wednesday’s tilt. Without him, the Wolves struggled to replace his 24.5 points and 13.8 rebounds per game, but perhaps most glaring was their ability to get to the line. Love averages 8.6 free-throw attempts per night, and his assertive play forces opposing teams into the bonus earlier in quarters. Without him, the team went 10-of-18 from the line on Thursday.

TWolves commentators are good but when one of those guys talks and his accent comes out (normally when he is whinging about no calls) I always think of this guy

This game Beasley fouled someone on a 3pt shot, then late in the 4th Ridnour fouled Mo Williams shooting 3 - smfh

Then Kevin Love said gimme that damn thing and scored 4 crucial points over Kenyon Martin.

and after the fake going to pick up the ball but then not we can countdown to the Blake Griffin is a d-bag vid on youtube

KLove 39&17 but wow that was some ugly ball in the 4th

Really bad news for the Wolves, might have to move Ridnour to PG, Wesley to SG and shove in Beasley in the starting line-up me-thinks. With Love possibly out for this game against Charlotte, well they might have a chance since it's the Hornets. This would've messed up any potential trades they had in mind as well.

On the lighter side, anyone care to see Randolph man the 1? He did play PG in high-school and bits of college ;)
