YAY go Mavs, well done Spurs too... great series that was.

Now I'm sitting on the Clips... I'd have to cheer for them against the Mavs tho (sorry Scotty LOL).

I did afterall somewhere say I wanted the Clips to go all the way LOL

Tight series with any team right now I think.

Does home-court advantage still count into the Conference Finals, and Finals?
 
If it's Mavs/Suns I think we have a better shot.

They need to take it to the hole against them, there's no defenders in Phoenix.

If it's the Clips, hmmm, just another tough series like the Spurs put up.

Who's left in the East? Detroit V Heat.... hmmmmmm Be tough!!
 
I'm very happy for the Mavs to win, all I need now is the Suns to beat the Cilppers and it will make for an exciting WC finals.

i'm not a big follower of Duncan, but that doesn't seem like something a previous World champion & MVP would say. making excuses like that you know? you would think a player of his calibre would accept the fact that the Mavs were a better team on the day and more importantly over the past 7 games and just move on!!

Devo'd I didn't use parker/manu in the drive to the finals
and most of the mavs are gone(dirk today....50+yesssss).
 
pistons woulda smacked the spurs.. thats why i wanted them to win.. i wanted to see the spurs lose it on the big stage.. that and i dont want to see marion anywhere near the finals... cant stand that smug doofus look on his face

what about the complaining about the bowen from behind on nowitzki in game 5 or 6. at least they were consistant

good on mavs they deserve it but dunno if pistons advance if they can match em defense wise :)

Yep. If he drops 5-8 kilos and regains some mobility, it would be a huge step in the right direction.
 
Anyone see the game/highlights?

The Mavs were lucky to draw OT and not alow the Win from the Spurs on the last attempt...

Dirk's 3-piont play was LUCKY.....

Obviously the cards say that the Mavs were a better team, but farout, 2 games decided by 1 point, 2 OT games..... 2 GREAT TEAMS GOING HEAD TO HEAD!!!! Much respect, the Spurs havent lost anything.

What happens now that the Suns & Mavs have a season tie 2-2? Does it go to the one with the better record? (Mavs) for Home Court Advantage.....
