Not sure to tell you the truth. We really need to upgrade at the 2, we HAVE to have more help for Rose and Deng (to a point) when it comes to scoring.
I would LOVE to see the Bulls amnesty Boozer, use Gibson at the 4, If they use Noah to trade for DH12 and then add a Semi star at the least at the 2! But not sure it could be done without loosing a couple of the Bench Mob... Of course then we would need to pick up another back up 4 but could use Thomas (if we retain him) and Asik to back up DH12....
If we keep Boozer, I still think he can be a lot better then last season, another Year with the Bulls coaching staff and a lot less time off with injuries would be a great thing for Boozer!

Mayo proved his worth in the PO's last year so not sure Grizz would move him... The only other 2 I' be happy to see at the Bull are Afflalo and Young. Both can score in a hurry and both are young enough to learn a bit more on the defensive year..... Richardson and VC are over the hill hacks IMO and would just not fit in with the way Chicago is at the moment!!
and now the latest is that they might want to sign Rip Hamilton.
given our limited options, is Rip really the best fit for the team? he's pretty much had the Pistons built around him, and now he'll have to fit in with DRose. i'm not sure he has the discipline to fall in behind the MVP. especially with the mutiny that happened in Detroit.
Mayo was never going to happen after his playoff run...
Rip COULD be a great fit, the guy is an established vet that averages, what, 17+ ppg over his career? His PO record is up there with the best and he knows he is on the MVPs team now. He's no AI, he'll know he's over the hill to a point, but along side someone like Rose he could explode offensively! Rose said in an interview that it's going to open up everyones shot... and he's right, he's another offensive threat that opponents HAVE to respect and close out, suddenly with Rip and Luol on the wings with Rose running it from the middle it is going to spread the court in a big way!! Add Booz, Noah and Gibson in the post and we become a whole heap better offensively, and remember, we one 62 games last year...
Not sure it gets us over Miami by any means, but we are in a better position then we were without him to take them on over 7!
Very nice move. He may be old, but he's not too old. I think he brings some valuable championship experience and I think he'll fit in very nicely. Good pickup by you guys!
