your tickets were sold by the AFL for $1500 a pop as they decided boosting the coffers was more important than giving back tickets to the two competing clubs that were for sponsors but not needed. The AFL sucks when it comes to GF tickets!

I'd be the HULK if I missed out. Its just so unfair members miss out but fans of other teams get tickets just coz they want to be part of the experience. I can pay $50 a year for a sure GF ticket should we make it but I wont be doing that for a few years LOL

I hope you source a ticket from somewhere mate as I feel your pain.

Wow what a game! BL Saints, probably robbed of the game with Hawkins kicking that posted goal and then goal straight out center. However Saints had their chances to close it out but kept missing. There will be a lot of outrage about that Hawkins thing in weeks to come, that's for sure. I don't follow either team so it doesn't bother me, I'm just glad Ablett actually got pinged for holding the ball for once! Chapman, you star!!!Well done Geelong, BL Saints.

Gram for the Norm Smith, I recon! We're about to find out!

Why not? 3.2 goals, 26 possessions, 4 marks, 4 tackles kicked the winning goal!!!!!

i think he played fairly well, but i do reckon (not being bias) that Corey deserved it.

He got Geelong out of trouble in stoppages in defensive 50 as well. I am not bagging Chapman, he is a great player

I think not being bias that Corey didnt deserve it... for instance Bartel had 16 tackles

But Chapman still deserved it...

Chapman didnt deserve it....how bout Kelly or Taylor in defence. Taylor stopped Reiwoldt all day and Kelly was VERY hard at the ball all day!!....or god sake...what does a defender have to do to get the Norm Smith....

My tip for Norm Smith after the game was Milburn, followed by Corey, and then as an outsider, simply for his work all day, not on stats, Max Rooke.

Max rooke did very little in my opinion....first and last goal...but not much else. Milburn was good, and the free kick against him was rubbish, Corey was Ok....but

Does anyone rate Taylor or Kelly's game....if you happen to see a replay...just watch them to and watch their contribution....

I was there at the game Benny, 10 rows behind the players bench Kelly played a great game, and Taylor also great, but alot of the Riewoldt opportunities were large pack situations which deducts a little from Taylor unfortunately.

Milburn was everywhere in defence, and yeah Rooke wasn't huge, but his pressure and just bumps and such to clear space I noticed all day long.

I tipped Taylor to win it after the game. Taylors been my fav since he came into the side, but if Egan didn't get injured we wouldn't have gotten Taylor. Which leaves me thinking; 'Who would I rather have?'
