Sounds like a great time if it comes together. I've already booked my last work holidays for Nov, but we always take a few weeks off at Xmas, so the first week in Jan might be good for me if I could make it down. So I'm definitly a maybe at this stage also, depending on dates etc.

Well I need to get some real numbers of ins etc. Only then can I figure out where we can have it as most venues have min head count for functions unless we want a dingy pub. As far as the prizes and guests they are lined up for if and when we need them.

Im definitely up for it, whenever the date, the venue, and the rest of the weekend/days are decided, ill get work off, or go in early/late, depending on what dept im working in... it sounds like it would be good, put some faces to names, or at least user ids lol, although if chad actually looks like the avatar of Hill33, im not so keen to meet him lol

Certainly still a goer but might get scaled back a bit as I probably wont get the numbers. Will still have the awards, prizes, games on screen, pub open for just us, night before at Tigers game and maybe still some of the Tigers guys come on down.

I'll really get cracking about this real soon to give everyone the best chance to attend.

Something will be happening in Jan for sure so watch out for a thread soon with details.

Hey i was just thinking and i thought if it was left to like the middle or end of january would that make it a little harder for some of us guys from sydney brisbane etc to get accomidation because of the australian open tennis..
just a thought but prob got heaps of motels hotels around the final location of the cardshow
