Gday all...
Just giving you all the heads up that terry was transferred to freo hospital with a severe throat infection.
He will be there at this stage for up to a week .
So if anyone has impending trades etc with him please be patient and he will get back to you.
I can also pass on a message if needed.

I Was lucky enough to get let out this morning although they did want me to stay one more day ! Hopefully it does not backfire on me in a bad way !!! A throat infection that almost lead to having a hole in my neck has been easily one of the scariest things I have ever faced !especially having 2 small children to look after. This all happened within 24 hours and from what I was told has killed a few people over the years so please everyone, make sure you don't wait if something happens like this to you ! within 1 night (8 hours), half of my airway was sealed over but it could have been much worst !

CHeers for the well wishes mate Sadly I am not out of the woods yet Prob 80% at best right now !!! I say that as beads of sweat pour from the top of my head ..... better than another day strapped to a machine to feed me ! it was starting to send me around the bend had my first reasonable meal today which was great

On the mend now?? Only just saw this.. I had a similar condition as well about 15 years ago.. Went to the airport and all was kinda okay. Had brekky before going. Waiting for the plane I felt a tickle in my throat. Once on the plane all I could do was drink and not eat. Landed in Mt Isa and within a half hour of landing was at the doc's getting pumped full of antibiotics. 3 days before I ate anything of a solid nature. Had to cut the antibiotic tablet into quarters to swallow them. Vile stuff... A funny thing whilst in the motel at night in Mt Isa. Got up to take a tablet and startled two fellas breaking into the kitchen window of the room. Not sure who was more surprised but they hi-tailed it..
