Terrence Williams 'Baffled' About Not Getting Minutes.

What do you guys think?
I think he should be getting more minutes, he has a lot of talent and if he just gets good minutes for a team, he could be a really solid player in this league,

Bill Simmons did a podcast with Daryl Morey Rockets GM, they use a HEAP of stats and research scouting and before trading/signing players and he commented that sometimes they find those hidden talent players and sometimes they are just a bust. Seemed to be leaning towards that with TWill for some reason, didn't elaborate but gave the idea he is not a part of their long term future.

He has to understand the issues involving numbers. If a team is loaded at his position it's going to be hard to find minutes for all players - and the coach will give minutes to those who a) perform on a regular basis and b)turn up to training on time on a regular basis. It seems like williams is doing neither of those. If you take the other side of the coin and look at steve novak. He started out with the Rocket's as a swing forward but there was depth at that position. So he got traded to the clippers. His first season in LA land, he got plenty of minutes because of injuries - his second season, not so much. Last year he played in both dallas and san antonio but saw few minutes. Did he bitch and moan about? no. he acted professionally and understood the game. Now, it seems he's found a home in New york where he's getting plenty of minutes and scoring opportunities. T-will just has too grow up and take leaf from novak's book.

I hope to god he gets traded, one of my fav players in the league and he deserves to be playin.. he worked very hard in the off season on his all round game.
