I was going to bid on this auction until I read the terms and conditions.
Does anyone else feel like they're getting scolded while reading that?
I love how it finishes with, "Thanks For Your Patience And Consideration In This Matter...". LOL, it sounds like he's trying to sue someone.
And I also got a chuckle from, "I MUST MAKE THIS CLEAR BEFORE BEGINNING". I'm not sure how you can do anything "before beginning" and I think the gratuitous use of capital letters and underlining makes everything "clear" enough.
"Please Do Not E-Mail Me Asking Me To Lower Shipping Or Waive ANY Of My Policies..". LOL, because obviously he's pretty flexible with his rules. Maybe i should email and ask "is it cool to use Paypal??"
