Those are just stupid and a total waste...
I don't understand why upper deck can't make a decent product even without the license...
From my understanding there are plenty of ways of making a Bulls card without using the NBA logo or Bulls trade mark...
What would be an issue with a huge jumbo patch auto using a Bulls uniform as the patch and just MJ head/face as the pic?
What would be an issue with a card like this?

Don't think they can as the game used stuff won't be authentic, I'm sure that's why there actually in trouble in the first place because alot of the game used stuff were not even authentic when it stated they were.
So if they buy some real game used Jerseys chop them up and basically just use head shots this could be allowed?
Even is it's using official NBA game used jerseys like Bulls,lakers,Heat, etc...It could still be allowed?
Or is doing something like that going to cause problems down the road in ever trying to get a license again?

Leaf uses all star game used pieces which are allowed. See my recent mail day. there's nothing doing upper deck from doing the same thing.
They should consider it if they intend on staying in the market. Maybe a new exquisite product that is similar to leaf to compete in the high end market.

I just dont see the added value of more autos of the same player on one card.
Im hoping this is all a joke, because its stuff like this that makes me hate what card companies have become!
I will never hate the hobby, because i still enjoy beautifull cards too much.
But with Panini cramming out 25+ products this year (and still making 12-13 stuff well into the 13-14 season) and UD guaranteeing a Jordan and LeBron in every case is just shamefull and shows that they only care about themselves.
When seeing such a ridiculous card it makes me feel real stupid that im a part of it and spend so much $$ on their stuff.
