Wow. That person is filth. Hopefully there's a way you get the card back. I'd let as many people as possible in the hobby know it's stolen property.

So I went to "report" and "as stolen property" and now you can't even do that as a general ebay member? it says you need to be a law enforcement officer or eBay PROACT member. what a joke.
