take ur time looking around for other malone as those inserts are worth nothing now. i know ur a malone collector but sometimes ppl will take advantage of player collectors becoz they know their willing to pay or trade extra for it. if ur not in a hurry for those inserts look around or ask around in ebay, most likely u will find a malone collector willing to accept a proper deal. btw i traded my MJ collection 900bv total for a kobe auto #200 two years ago. the kobe bv was 300 but i have to pay triple to get the kobe as the inserts and base doesnt worth the actual bv of the mj collections.
 
If someone offered me a $60 patch for say $120 in small inserts of a certain player, Id take the deal and probably rip their arm off doing it! Some "sharks" out there will try and scam a player collector. I know a lot of the Malones
"bas" has acquired I've helped him with (including the patch in his signature), and will continue to do so, it's a "fun hobby" after all!
 
For me, there's no card I want so bad.. if i don't get the cards i want, i move on.... I don't honestly like very rare cards, coz I don't want to have the cards that' so rare, I want to have the cards everyone does have as well.. for me, base card is valuable as well as auto patches..

honestly, i love base cards from last decade, they will write something interesting about each player, now it's like CEO of topps and UD mentioned about the authenticity of the card.


hobby is all about fun.. if we are not having fun, it's not a good hobby, just my 2c... no bashing to anyone :)
