Sounds like you're in the right position to do what you did Benny which would make it so much better for you. I'm 23 as well and have all these different things spinning round in my head and don't know what to do about it at the moment.

As with Tony...Luckily for me, the industry i am in (mortgage broker) has helped me to own my own home as well as a few investment properties. We have no fixed debts, so the next 7 months before we go overseas will be filled with footy, golf, maybe some casual work ....but most of all no stress!! =P~
