That is awesome mate! I have always loved these cards.
Best of luck with getting the L,L and S letters
Very cool additions, congrats!! But serious who would write on a card in 2010? Sure it was the norm in the 70s, but surely no one would now (except maybe a little kid?)
Getting closer mate, they are nice looking cards.
Nice one, bit of a tool to mark the card, but it's a 1/1 so it's not like you can go get another...
mate they're 2 sick pickups!!! with the cross on the back i tell you what to do, get a cotton tip and some lynx deodorant...spray the lynx onto a table or something until it forms a liquid, dip the tip into the liquid then rub the cross of the back, be careful not to do it to much or it will start taking away the cardboard...or you could just leave it.

Thats either going to a) work perfectly, b) blow your house up or c) cause a mountain of dog crap to appear outside your front door. With slobby's advice you can just never tell
Draw on a base card and try it out first
Oh try drawing on it with a whiteboard marker and see if it goes off, it might make it much worse though....
What I meant was draw on the X on the card, then you should be able to rub it off. But thats on a white board and hard materials, but it might ruin the cardboard
First off sick cards Nicko
As for the pen it was done by Topps from the factory. Alot of the old Topps Letterman cards have the cross above the letters, not too sure why though.
Here's one i pulled from a sealed box.
