you are right, yours is right between the other two. I would be sending the scans of all three to beckett an ask for an answer.
I could understand if one had the 9.5 and one a 8 then in reality yours should be between them, UNLESS your is actually the only one that has perfect centering and the other two are wrong.....

the bottom one is actually a lot higher on the card too...

was sorting of thinking the first theory you had was right, although the second option wouldn't be bad...

I have already email beckett grading with a link to this thread with a "please explain"
