Should I... (ebay negative feedback)

because rules are meant to be broken and a lot of US sellers put that they dont ship overseas however most of the time they do. plus its fun bidding on stuff knowing that they dont send overseas and getting into disputes....thats what ebays all about!

i bet you tease the animals when you go to the zoo

I've opened an unpaid dispute (even though it hasn't been 7 days) so we'll see how it goes. I kinda want to keep the card now after it sold a bit cheap...

Hey mate, I have started a petition about sellers not being able to leave Neutral or Negative feedback, its Bulls**t as how do you let other sellers know about the bad buyers, as for retalitory negs by sellers, they could be removed by ebay if the buyer asked. Here is a link to the thread I started with the link to the petition.

It's a tricky situation, but surely you should be able to warn people about buyers... so I have signed it. The stupid thing is that he can leave me feedback right now even though he hasn't done his part, but I apparently can't do anything except wait until Feb 6th to see if my non-payer claim goes through...
