Previously presented to me as a possible trade. We decided I had nothing of interest for you to trade for, so I requested a $ value for a purchase.

You then decided that I should make you an offer.

To which I suggested a previous purchase of an auto gold #/25 which I bought for $15.50. Also suggesting that a Shaun Livingston same card went $9.99 UNSOLD.

You reply was then that you also had 5 other Harris rookies, and you were going to start your own PC.

Stick the card up your arse is what I say....

Didn't see any Bogut or Shaq cards I wanted that you had to trade.

After receiving your generous offer of $15, I stated to you I'd prefer to hold on to the card and MIGHT start a PC of Devin, but since then have decided not to, sorry Mavsman.

I aim to put it towards a trade for a Bogey or Shaq I want.

(Maybe because I pulled it personally against all the odds) The card is worth more than $15 to me and that is why I didn't come to you first before putting it out.

Hehe.. one of the difficult things here in this forum is that sometimes trades are forced or are under pressure.. and we think of ways to get out of a trade without disappointing the other person involved.

I just cant believe we negotiated for a couple of hours and I thought I was helping you out.

I dont collect Drex, I dont collect LJ anymore. You wanted the Shaq Refractors so I tried to work out a deal.

Yep I'd help a player collector too, but that's me.. and I'm sure others might have a different perspective on things.. ie "show me the money".

When Scotty pulled that kidd /25 auto.. he prioritized selling it to me.. but at a high price that I offered (since he didnt accept my first one. ) I couldve gotten a kidd auto numbered the same for around $20 less of what I paid, but I didn't wana be cheap to Scotty. So yeah, in the end, it's still business as usual.

Lippo- yeh sorry man, I already felt bad as it is coz you had good intentions on helping me.. but yeh, I thought I didn't want it in the end. I hope we're cool dude.

Sorry guys, you are probably right... I do agree with helping each other...
but please remember I'm very much a newbie to these forums and forums in general for that matter. I think most of you have access to my real name(Justin), but I am still learning many of the names behind the user names and learning exactly how you guys work etc.

From memory Bogut's are about US$25 and I cant afford to pay anymore than US$35-$40MAX for any Shaq Auto these days. There's just too many different types. I understand if you want to keep them and take no offence

I never offered $15 for the card.
I just stated what I GOT for $15.50.

Put it on ebay, you'll get what people wanna pay (unless you start it at some horrific price).

Sure I'm still interested in the card cos I dont have 1, but not willing to get it from you.

I tend to give people 1 shot at a deal, if they fuck me around too much, then I'll build a bridge and move on. That's what I've done here.

:shock: How did I mess u round? Never did anything 2 fuk ya Mavs, only ever asked if you were interested and what you'd give 4 it. I got the hint you wanted it for ~$15(or possibly less) which wasn't enough. I also believe I am entitled to consider collecting any player I wish and changing my mind if I wish. You could have made an offer, but didn't. End of story

My 2c:
I thank my good mate prototype for advising me Devin was HOT, worth grading and should be traded for at least $100BV. Before that I thought he was a $10 card at best and would've have given it away for not much Mavs would probably be happy and we may have been mates :shock:

cmon mavs, i understand your position, but giving just one opportunity to trade? thats a bit harsh i feel. learning how to deal with our fellow collectors takes time to get a grasp of.
