Select Trading Cards Survey. Please participate.

From a personal point of view it has been great to see Select generate more general discussion with collectors on their Facebook page. For example, their most recent status update is asking collectors to nominate their favourite ever Select card and (if possible) post a picture of it.

The app I think has been a huge move in the right direction as well and the fantasy team has proven to be quite popular.

It would seem that things are looking up

Filled it in, I am really glad to see them doing this, hopefully they really take the feedback on board and try some things. That is really the biggest hope for me, is that companies like Select will just try something different, they seem to get into this rhythm of 2 releases a year and small minimal changes, they need to innovate, try something different.

I personally would love to see something like that really high end NBA set, I think its called Exquisite? Really high-end cards that are all low numbers, with dual/tripple/quad signatures, 1/1s, AFL logo jersey patches, stuff like that. Its not even something they would have to do every year, maybe every 2nd year or something or even as a once off. They like to release sets, like the scanlens set but that would be better in this sort of a setup imo.

Completed both sections of the survey, hopefully Select take on some of this feedback and drastically improve on what they have been doing because I for one have lost interest in collecting their cards this year as they just continue to do the same thing without trying out anything new and innovative!!!
