It's not fair though is it when resellers who live closer to the distributor get their cards a few days earlier than us who live in WA? The same guys who do most pre sales will still get their cards before everyone else I reckon.

I'll agree with that. Maybe select should put some sort of ban on them for pre selling.

Yeah it's a bit annoying personally when I see other guys with their cards organised, photographed and listed on morning of release date whilst my cases are still in the back of a Startrack van somewhere hoping they get to the local shop by the end of the day on release date.

Wishful thinking example

Thursday ship to WA, NT, TAS
Monday ship to SA, ACT
Tuesday ship to VIC, NSW

All cards arrive at national resellers on Wednesday

Release date Thursday, cards available when shop opens on release date

I reckon no flier as cards have changed due to essendon situation and didnt have tome to make a new checklist!! But aurely a checklist will need to be released somewhere or how do we know what cards we are collecting lol

Maybe due to case cards changing?

The 1st five or so cards will have a complete check list of what was released or not released as the case may be.

If somebody didn't sign or had to be changed, then I don't think they had time to change them. So the checklist cards this year may actually be error cards !

It makes more sense to be the pre sales, given that no body can actually come up with a more feasible reason.

Somebody at Essendon signing or not signing didn't slow down there release as much as some people believe.

As for the case card issue, if they already had several ready to go then that isn't the reason.

If Dr Grange is right & I believe he is. Select have done this because of pre sales.
