Scammed out of $706 - eBay and Paypal do nothing...

I guess all you can do is spread the word - maybe even post up your experience on American forums and anywhere else you can think of. Yesterday, I decided to go to my bank and have the credit card charge withdrawn. But when I was printing info out, I saw on the paypal receipt that it was paid by my paypal balance, not my credit card...
