It's not really fair to assume that this guy has been swapping his account! A couple of things point to the opposite actually!
1 - it looks like he used his Birthday in his username
2 - He listed on .com.au instead of just .com and anyone who has sold on eBay before would know you don't get as good a response from that.
3- He noted 'Free postage from outside Australia, but mentions the item is in Australia

So.... I choose not to assume everyone is a lying cheat and hope there is good in people and this was a genuine mistake.

This has happened to me before. I just paid via paypal and threw the ball back in the sellers court. They ended up caving in and sending me the item.

Its not your fault the seller has zero idea.

Don't get me wrong mate, I agree with you 100%.... he f***ed up! And even worse is you got all excited about a bargain Kobe which is now not going to happen!

But if it were me, I would give him a break and I would probably even message him to tell him how he could do a better job next time! That's just how I roll!

BTW, I didn't post your cards until after you paid, so if you only paid half, you would have only got half of the card in the mail

so im happy i can not lose on this deal now if the card he send's is not what it is ment to be i will just send it back

The Auto's I am talking about are nothing to do with the Kobe in question. The Russell and Penny Auto's that I am talking about are from 11/12 SP Authentic Home Court Signatures, my new chase set. I got the Penny, but passed on the Russell when it was at $185.
