i just got this i hope it all works out good

update ..i have made contact with seller on phone
and he was shocked that it went for $51 so
when we were chatin i did say to him that i did bid $90
but got it for $51 then i get this msg ok im not happy he has a feedback of -1%
now have not seen that before this is the msg he sent......
hi i have been sending sms to the number i called u on i have decidednot to sell i made a mistake and i paid good money to get that card and am sorry but i am keeping the card and have closed deleted the item from my list unless u are prepared to pay $100 because we both no its worth more my bad for not putting the approiate details on the auctionits up to you i no iam going to get bad feed back bad feed back sorry its ended like this but u were prepared to pay $90 i will take that but otherwise sorry its my fist time on ebay we will do it away from ebay if u want to pay $90 and if u contact me by e bay msg only again sorry

Looks dodgy to me!
The first pic is of the Kobe auto and he states it is /25, but I am pretty sure all of the 24K Kobe auto's were /49

If you look at the second pic, it says Chris Bosh and Lamar Odom! Looks like the back of a Dual Auto!!

Swifty being pulled IMO! Or he is just inexperienced and made an error. But I dare say that is why you got it so cheap, everyone else was to hesitant to bid

yes for sure it's not right there are no number /25 auto;s of kobe in that set.....tho if it is a numbered /49 i dont care i still happy
if its not a kobe i will be in melb next week to stick it up his ### thats for sure
 
ok just had the guy on the phone he said he f####d up it is numdered 47/49
so making me fell abit better now:) so who what's my kobe for $170 :lol:

But I also feel sorry for him!

That card should be over $100. He is obviously new to the game, you can tell by the fact he made a mistake with the pics, he listed it only on eBay.com.au, he had to explain which set it came from and how much the box is worth.

My bet is that he would be more than happy to take the neg and run! It's not like he has a lot of positive FB that will be ruined!
 
Not sure theres much you can do there mate apart from leave him the appropriate feedback, which unfortunately isn't going to do much as far as you're concerned.

i can see where your coming i sold a lin auto 3mths ago im going to get the back lol you dont drive unless you no how to
ebay is the same how many time can you keep swaping your ebay acct...i dont feel sorry for him as i was the one that told him where he f#####D up in his add
so i look at it as if he has got me 2times i got played he got bad feedback ..p.s i even said to him a would give him $60 then he sent that msg

It's not really fair to assume that this guy has been swapping his account! A couple of things point to the opposite actually!
1 - it looks like he used his Birthday in his username
2 - He listed on .com.au instead of just .com and anyone who has sold on eBay before would know you don't get as good a response from that.
3- He noted 'Free postage from outside Australia, but mentions the item is in Australia

So.... I choose not to assume everyone is a lying cheat and hope there is good in people and this was a genuine mistake.
 
This has happened to me before. I just paid via paypal and threw the ball back in the sellers court. They ended up caving in and sending me the item.

Its not your fault the seller has zero idea.
