Refractors & Xfractor?????

Dont know really anything about all these Refractors and Xfractors and all that, all i know is all of them Like Shiny to me in the Metal Universe Range.
Could some one post a pic up if anyone has the Same card as a Base, Refractor and Xfractors and explanation as im looking to Get some refractors but dont want to get caught out when Buying them, CHeeers

The top ones:
Left = Base, Middle = X-fractor, Right = Refractor

Thanks heaps for that mate . Now i can see that Rainbow effect that ppl are on about in the refractors
The Newer ones tell you on the Back is that right?
And the older ones you just got to work out yourself?

Yes they do tell you on the back. So if you have doubt on an auction, just ask for a scan of the back before you bid. I've seen alot of auctions that says refractors on the title but it's not.

Some of the older ones from the 90's are also called atomic refractors.
Like this one:
Left = Atomic Refractors, Middle = Refractors, Right = Base.

Man they just too much variety in thoes refractors, not good to pick up when your colour blind
Does all the 90's ones mention refractor on the back, i got told some of the 90's dont mention anything so makes it hard when bidding on something.

I think they started printing them on the backs around the 96 or 97-range? 93 didnt, 94 didnt, pretty sure 95 didnt.
