I tried to get an update, took a week for them to reply and then the response was borderline passive aggressive. I followed up 2 months later ffs, they should be apologising, not being annoyed at reasonable and polite requests for information from people who have paid good coin for their products that they have yet to deliver on.

They advertise products that they do not have, all redemptions should be in there posession prior to release date.
They are taking money under false pretenses.

Yes they are under pressure from there owners tgi, to cut costs, still does not explain there shoddy practices, like builders when they cant deliver, they go under.

I dropped out of the hobby about 2015 or 2016, and only came back last year because a bunch of redemptions with Topps I'd forgotten about were fulfilled with substitutions last year. Some of them had likely been sitting there waiting to be fulfilled for 10 years.
Id be pissed off if i got that back! Shows how much TLA care - you cant tell me they wouldnt have noticed that. As collectors we are good enough to buy the product but they dont worry about what they give us in return. Like most of us in this thread im still waiting on a redemption myself
