It is a fake sorry to say Upper Deck released Congrats on the back of all autos in goodwin and on the back of the base card it has stats etc.

paypal claim. item not as described. should be enough to get your refund. unless the sale is over 45 days old, then, unless the seller decides to give you the refund, youre pretty much stuffed.
