Let me know if you want a blasterI missed blasters
Noooooo. I grabbed some from Cherry and opened two. No hits in either.Let me know if you want a blaster
Prizm Hobby is a long term hold. It might have a bump once the stock dries out in another 6 months.Im one of those suckers who decided that grabbing preorder prizm hobby from Cherry (1 Box and about 5 packs) was a good idea.
Strongly questioning this now lol.
This was buy to hold though, not buy to open. I am just hoping one day its a good sell. Might take a while.
On the flip side I got a fair bit of hoops this year and I absolutely love it. Really enjoying chasing the slam inserts. I've kind of given donruss a miss this year.
Hi all btw
As you can see, I also like to collect unopened products and put it in her book shelf! Was so tempted on the UFC but just thought there is too much risk around it (and i've spent a fair bit buying personal shelf stock recently).
Im really happy with some of the purchases that I got in early on and market value has held / risen (Donruss Choice, Prizm Choice, Prizm NFL Blasters and Cello's) but equally i've overpaid (at least on today's value) for a few as well like Revolution & Certified, and what I mentioned earlier with Prizm Hobby.
Just to clarify I'm not a flipper (yet to actually sell a single item to my wifes annoyance), I like to buy and hold long term, buy and put on my shelf and just enjoy unopened product being there that is worth something and then I also buy to rip for the PC - but it just seems to be getting less and less that I actually rip cause I see the dollars just going down the toilet. This is part of the reason I'm going back into AFL cards - to just get back to enjoying the hobby and collecting actual cards again.
Sorry, life story over. ill take a pic or two of the current shelf to share

I open cheap stuff i get from EB games or from SMC, but the big ticket items and Prizm just sit there
Nice Certified. My shelf is a mess so just got a few things on a side table next to me then a bit more packed away for the moment. This is what I have currently of Prizm. Very tempted to break the packs but I don't think I will. Just let them sit and see what comes of it. That said the two packs up front are Fast Break. No idea why i bought them, I think it was just the rush of blood of them still being available during preorder from Cherry. Think ill be 2 beers into a night and ripping them at some stage. Cheers for the conversation. Glad to have joined the forum, just good to chat with folk about a similiar passion.
Nice Certified.
I opened that one and hit a nice Lamelo red that got sent back to panini to get replaced.
This was my 3 hobby packs FYI = not worth opening
Nice stash @ihateupants !
I'd highly recommend picking up a 2019-20 Prizm Hobby as a long term hold. The Zion/Ja year is such a nice draft class to sit on imo.
Also, for those interested EB games have Donruss Hangers dropping tomorrow for preorder. $35 is cheap considering the cost of other products even though this was my least favourite box to rip last year
10:00:12Good price for those hangers when comparing with EvilBay.
Max 10 per customer. Will be gone by 10:01am.
I got all of the prizm and got spat out on the blasters of Donruss! Most are already aware but just in case..
**Red Hot Tip - Make sure you save your CC payment details in your EB account**
Test it by putting something in your cart and going to checkout. Then select shipping or pickup and make sure the right card for payment is selected.. then empty cart.
This means next time you go to add something to your cart it'll all be ready to go with the right card selected and the pickup or or delivery address already entered.. all you need to do is hit order!
If you try to Paypal or Afterpay it I'd say you will likely miss out. Then again this one shouldn't be as hectic as the Prizm drop so who knows might have a bit more time
2 mins to sell out today.
Things are getting easier.
Got 10.Did you have any luck?
I bombed.
