Get the ultra balls ready, they are tough as hell to catch.
Ok, so I headed out with a Pokedex status of seen 90 / caught 90.
Returned with seen 97 / caught 97.
Straight off the bat - 1098CP Kangaskhan. Only needed 2 balls to catch it. I only found one other and it fled.
Next a Magmar appeared... only 97CP
No more than 3 minutes later.. 614CP Dragonair - not bad!
I'm thinking this is one hell of a run I'm on!
About 10-15 minutes later a 784CP Scyther! boom!
Now there was a bit of a drought... stocked up on stuff I need to make later evolutions (lots of Bulbasaur, Poliwag etc)
436CP Vulpix pops up next, followed by an 818CP Golduck.
Then, we decide it's time to go and as we are getting in the car an 832CPNicky Minaj Jynx is waiting.
Very happy with that crazy streak!
3 away from triple figures now.

holy moley, so this arvo / tonight i went to circular quay, it was insane. i will post the results tomorrow morning as i am far too tired at the moment but yeah Kangaskhans seem to be everywhere, i got 7 tonight, only two over 1000CP though which was a little bit dissapointing
Okay so here we go, what a rollercoaster ride Circular Quay is.
Firstly i've clocked over 35kms yesterday and the legs are jelly today, it involved a few 1.5km sprints from circular quay to barangaroo. One of which was worth it, missed my first lapras (bailed on me), 1075cp. And then at about 10:45 i did the second sprint and it was all worthwhile 1757cp in the pokedex.
The next sprint was for two snorlaxes sitting right next to each other, on the lures though, so a really short spawn. About 1,000 people sprinted to try and get them, 3 minutes to go 850 metres and we missed it by about ten seconds. Still a top night all round though
Also managed to knock off a heap off the pokedex, hitmonlee, hitmonchan, magneton, kabutops
Kangaskhans everywhere got 7 or 8 of them the best being about 1480.
But the candies where the big win. Evolved a dratini with a 95% IV into this beast
Also managed to Evolve my growlithe into an arcanine. Which i was stoked about.
Now we stand at 135/136... Bloody charmeleon the agressive little thing.
With the top squad looking like this

What's this IV thingy???
Looking at my two Eevee's remaining, I have a 499CP and a 492CP. The 499 one is 10.44kg the other is only 6.61kg. What's the go there?
Holy crap that's some Pokemon hauling folks, well done!
I'm now 99/100 with Snorlax getting away from me - wifey was driving, and I think we drove too far, he bolted!
Been at home crook, so I did some evolving to get some newbies. Ivysaur, Wartortle, Butterfree & Venomoth all evolved. Caught a Wigglytuff & Weezing at home, and then caught a Kangaskhan, too.

So we need to have the trainer appraise them, then enter info based on that appraisal?
I literally JUST caught a 641CP Eevee in the office. I put the details in;
641CP, 76 HP, 3000 stardust, non-powered and Def & HP ticked.
I got this;
Possible combinations: 2, perfection:
Maximum : 97.8%
Average: 87.8%
Minimum : 77.8%
Max level: 22
How does this assist with Evolving?

Trainer appraisal in game is a very and I repeat very Loose guide on what your pokemon is capable of.
That said they will go as far as to mention everyone of your stats, one after another if you have a great Pokemon.
My 100% Magikarp, he listed each attribute individually as being great.
The better the IV, the more potential you have of evolving a great pokemon and it also saves you wasting candy and stardust on an average, evolved Pokemon.
What it doesn't have any control over is the move set you will end up with on your evolved Pokemon, which is a total lottery.
This being said, the trainers in the know, will advise not to waste candy and stardust leveling up the Pokemon before Evolving.

massive night in circular key last night.
Finally caught my snorlax 1751CP ... thank god.
Caught a wild dragonite 2000+ it had a bad move set though. got a couple hitmonlees.
Got the charmeleon that got away on me last time, so the pokedex is even again at 139/139
Only real dissapointment was running into a Lapras 2259 on Wharf 2 and after rasberrying it and hitting with a great throw ultra ball it bailing on the first go. that hurt me, other than that was another great session.
Finally got enough koffings and machops to earn myself a machamp and weezing too.
that only leaves me with Charizard (121 Candies Currently)... Omastar (41 Candies Currently)... Chansey who i have never ever seen anywhere ever.
so yeah the final 3 to complete the Australian pokedex!!

Doing extremely well. From what I hear about Chansey, maybe try hunting near Hospitals.

I'm sitting on 102/104 (Marowak & Snorlax have ran) after evolving a Slowbro, Haunter & Dragonair - Dragonair is a nice 1,061CP, HOPING for more Dratini Candy to turn him into a decent Dragonite.
Close to evolving a Nidoking (78 candy) and only 49/100 for another Nidoqueen (current one a lousy 32!) as well as a Polywrath (86 candy).
I need 1 more Voltorb for an Electrode? Need 10 more Ryhorn candy to evolve him and sitting on 244 Magikarp Candy. Also have a nice 641CP Eevee - going to wait for Gen 2, unless I find a better one before hand.
Just as I'm typing this, a 957CP Kingler turned up at work. Have one, but might as well try to upgrade - EDIT: Used 2 Razzberrys and after failing a Blue ball, threw like 6 reds and got him! Wasnt going to use too many Blue or any Ultra.
